Welcome to Natural Expressions Photography, our goal is to capture a work of art that will be passed on for generations. Serving the Dallas / Fort Worth and surrounding areas. We specialize in wedding, maternity, engagement, and family portriature.

N.E.P. STUDIO RULES

100% refundable (see Cancellation below) deposit necessary to secure rental reservation. All reservations on "first come, first serve" basis, only 100% deposit secures reservation.

STILL PHOTOGRAPHY RATES:
All rates quoted anywhere on this website are for print photography only!
All Studio Rentals for Video, Film, or Events must be negotiated separately on a per case basis.

Daily print rates based on 8 hour day from 9:00am to 6pm weekdays.
After 8 hours or after 6pm to 9pm $50 per hour. Before 9:00am or after 9pm $75 per hour.

Sunday print rates based on 8 hour day from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
After 8 hours or before 9:00am or after 6:00pm $75 per hour until 7:30pm and $125 per hour 7:30-9:30pm and $150 per hour thereafter.

OTHER RATES:
Photography Consultation / Assistant available for additional fee (call for pricing).
Individually negotiated rates are available for film, video and events.
All rates are negotiable for multiple-day rental and/or repeat clients.

CONTRACT:
Rental contract containing acknowledgment that Studio Rules have been read and accepted, must be initialed, signed and faxed to the studio prior to booking date. 100% deposit must accompany rental contract. Renter must also provide a Liability Insurance Certificate.

PAYMENT:
Full payment, including applicable sales tax and a non-refundable $50 cleaning deposit, will be due prior to shooting. You will be issued a refund of the Sales Tax upon presentation of a valid resale certificate at time of booking.

Business Check, Cash, Certified Checks are excepted. Major credit card thru PayPal is accepted, (a 3% processing fee will be accessed) with any credit card payment. PayPal is a reliable, safe and secure method of paying via credit card.
*10% of full rental fee non-refundable processing fee with cancellation when using any credit card. 5% of full rental fee non-refundable processing fee with cancellation when using other payment methods.

CANCELLATION:*

Day of shoot:      100% of rental
24 hour notice:     50% of rental
48 hour notice:     No charge
Any portion of a CONFIRMED BOOKING:     50%

EXTRA CHARGES:

$50 non-refundable cleaning fee is required.
Disposal of large amounts of garbage due to large sets: $75(minimum) and up.
Electrical fee for use of Hot Lights $75 for a half day / $150 for a full day.

No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, etc. unless negotiated at time of rental contract. Additional fees may apply.

Prep and/or Breakdown days to be negotiated prior to booking.

All Studio Props are on a rental basis only.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Renter will leave studio clean and neat just as they found it, furniture put back, all lights and equipment off.

Renter also agrees that if any equipment, furniture, fixtures, etc. are mishandled, broken, ruined or stolen while they are using the studio that they will replace and and all items or pay repair/replacement costs within 5 Days.

All modeling lights are to be turned off when not in use.

Hard sole shoes Are Not to be worn in the studio area without shoe covers. High heals Are Never to be worn until the model or clients are positioned by the photographer for the shoot. White paper will be used on the floor for placement of equipment and shoots that require excessive movement.

Items left after 7 days will be assumed abandoned and may be discarded.
